Back to practice in the heat. Low mileage easy pace run thank goodness. My knee was hurting real bad during the warm up but sometimes it just does that and its fine after a mile or so. After drills headed out with the crew but turned around after .5 cuz my knee was still hurting :( Thankfully i rode my bike to practice and so i was able to go on a ride for my workout. Came back and did abs and hips with the team. Came home and iced the knees so they should be good tomorrow.
